Is the U.N. Promoting Forced Circumcision?
It seems the U.N., in its quest to have Africa in its entirety circumcised (because it helps prevent AIDS much, much less than condoms do), is relying on methods that seem not-so-voluntary. Not so voluntary at all.

The government has planned to train enough medical personnel for the operation and that uniformed men - police, soldiers and students - will be the first to be circumcised.
And what if they don’t want to be circumcised? Does this affect their job security? Does this affect their financial aid for schooling? What happens if they refuse to be circumcised?

it’s cheaper than condoms though, and it’s the kind of one shot thing many of the people with an irresponsible mindset there may go for.
I’m more worried about the UN treating Israel unfairly.
Circumcison is one-shot thing that has no proven efficacy against HIV–and simply critically reading the flawed “studies” and seeing that circumcision has noteduce HIV in any REAL country makes this obvious to any thinking, rational person.
But is is a proven one-shot thing against normal penile functioning and sensitivity!
The test conclusions are not that circumcision prevents HIV, but rather that circumcised adults contract HIV at dramatically lower (53% lower) rates. There is a difference.
The general use of condoms, and keeping to a single sex partner or sexual abstinence, can also dramatically lessen the HIV and other STD rates.
There is a lot to be said for self-control, but realistically, we are talking about humans. As we saw repeatedly in nazi Europe, Cambodia, Serbia, Rwanda, and Chechnya, self-control is rarely practiced by humans. For that reason, the circumcision movement and the use of condoms will save many lives among those tribes for whom circumcision and condom use are not customary.

I don’t think the Jew should be mandating these things to all of Africa. Stick to dictating policy to the Middle East in its entirety and of course, Sudan. Jew have your hands full already.
