BTW though before you decide R’ Moshe “made up” that halacha in his teshuva back around the time you were born, maybe you should read it and get back to us about whether he wickedly claims to “rely” on sources predating Watergate. I expect you will also demonstrate why his reliance is, as we say, “misplaced.”

By the way, DK, I have no idea what the actual psak Mark is referring to states, i.e., what constitutes (age wise) a “boy” or a “girl” or, for that matter, “talking.” Do you?
