XGH Slams R. Shafran

The Extreme Godol Hador slams Rabbi Shafran’s disgraceful article on Albert Einstein. XGH notes,

Sounds like Shafran has been taking courses at the Reb Elchonon school of circular logic and general kiruv clownery.

See Daas Kefirah’s full response to Shafran’s “Baby Einstein.”

And in other news, Dr. Mahamud M. Yahye slams Hirsi Ali as, “a supercilious person with a childish attitude.”

Maybe there is a basis for Muslim-Jewish dialog after all! Great minds think alike.

Einstein in his own word about religion
http://www.sacred-texts.com/ao.....einsci.htm

He seems to be influenced by Baruch d’Spinoza.
The permanent exhibit devoted to Einstein at the Jerusalem National Library (where his papers are kept) displays a letter detailing how he and Sir Herbert Samuels, the then High Commissioner of Palestine, walked on a shabbat afternoon to Jerusalem’s Old City where he found what he called the “pitiful sight” of a city “swarming with all kinds of holy men,” “dull minded fellow Jews, with a past and no present.”.

Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch, the Ra’avad of the Edah Charedit in Jerusalem also wrote about the relationship of Science to Torah

This acknowledged Torah Giant, Leader of Klal Yisroel and reliable source of Da’as Torah (who is in no way dull minded) wrote that “every man and woman and child knows that the world was created 5765 years ago”.
