Big Aish: The Escort Service of Kiruv
When even the staid AP newswire starts making quips at Big Aish’s expense, well, you know their inappropriate behavior is pretty blatant.
The AP writes about Big Aish’s “café” that,
AishCafe’s flashy Web presence makes it look more like a gambling site than the religious experience it is.
There are interactive animations, clickable icons and even a mock iPhone to lure in Jewish college students. And, like gambling, it could pay to play.
Check out the British woman speaking on the site as well.
These people are in the wrong business.

She’s real Frum, complete with a pearl necklace!
The red cardigan though might get her into trouble.
The accent isn’t British though as she’s way too sloppy on the diphthongs. I’d think some Eastern European with decent /r/ skills but need for improvement on the vowel sounds and several of the unvoiced vowels.

My bad…
Kvetcher,
I think every organization could use a level of oversight and an impartial third-party analysis.
Your early posting did do that to Aish.
This comment simply is a complaint against their style.
Your early postings were closer to Meet the Press, but these are closer the National Enquirer.
You don’t like Aish nor its style, which is your right.
If you want to be taken seriously though, I would suggest you follow the analytical and investigative approach of a Meet the Press, rather than the condescending and complaining approach of the National Enquirer.

It looks sort of like an Israeli version of the cantina at Mos Eisley in Star Wars by way of a product placement marketing company.
Oh no, I just realized! The woman at the bar on the right has sleeves that stop at her elbows! Aish is promoting pritzus!
Okay, I got nothing. It was kind of boring and didn’t engage me, really.
