The Kvetcher is a J-blog edited by David Kelsey, a former “baal teshuvah,” who left fundamentalist Judaism after entering right after high school.

The Kvetcher reports on the BT/Kiruv movement, and tackles other areas of life that intersect this movement, including race, culture, history, and immigration. Kelsey lives a secular life, and is glad to have chosen out of quiescent fundamentalism.

But it’s been a long way back.
