I recently posted a video that did not have an overtly Jewish content, except for my general concern with Jewish communal advocacy of double standards for Hate Crimes legislation, which singularly omits whites from protection in interracial unprovoked crimes.

I found the following letter compelling enough to delete the post with the video, even if I may disagree with some of his assumptions. A commenter, “David,” wrote the following, and I think that he may be correct that I have to limit my focus on The Kvetcher to those issues which are overtly Jewish if I am to have maximum influence in the Jewish world, even by minimal blogger standards.

The Agudath Israel has joined those who are determined to make a criminal act against gays and other preferred classes of people of greater severity than if, say, a group of black teens attacks a person simply because he is white or Asian.

At the end of the day, I think we all can agree as a community that there needs to be emergency measures for the terrible way Jews are consistently and brutally persecuted by whites in this country. I know that when I get on the subway, or walk to the store at night, I look around, and fear, “Is tonight the night a white Protestant is going to attack me with impunity because I am a Jew and am wearing a long coat instead of European, colonialist, hip hop attire?”

We all need special protection from these marauding white Protestant thugs on the mean streets of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I, for one, applaud the Agudath Israel for their progress in moving away from their regressive traditional Jewish perspective that all people should be treated equally.

There are serious Leftist periodicals. And then there is The American Prospect. Who is this magazine for? Presumably for friends and family of Ivy League educated writers who already all agree on the answers, write about whatever they want, and declare that proof.

Whitey is implicitly fingered for the rise in gang violence in suburbia, with an article sub-header, “Segregation, not immigration, is to blame for the growth of Hispanic gangs.”

It is possible that Sarah Garland, the author, is not responsible for that. She may just have a very lazy and self-righteous editor.
